AQUINOS MERLOT (Napa Valley)
This Merlot is a medium plum color with very intense aromas of blackberry,
cocoa, and cranberry. The palate opens with white pepper, cassis, and rich
black cherry notes. The long finish is supple with lingering boysenberry and
wild strawberry flavors.

AQUINOS CABERNET SAUVIGNON (Napa Valley)
Medium plum purple color. Very rich, aromatic profile of cassis, cedar
box, toffee, and black cherry. The palate is very rich and supple with an
explosion of dark fruits like plum, fig, dried cherry, and pomegranate. It
finishes with medium tannins, which inspires "age-ability", yet its supple,
soft texture will make you want the second bottle. Pairs well with steaks.
