Golden Eagle AleOur multi-award winning blonde ale with a clean malt flavor combined with mild hop bitterness. A very refreshing and drinkable ale that has a lot more flavor than the mass-produced beers.

Awards: Winner of the Silver Medal at the L.A. County Fair.

Hopdazed Imperial I.P.A.

HopdazedAn American-Style Imperial I.P.A. that starts with a malty sweetness and moves to a juicy citrus-grapefruit hop explosion of flavor. A big, balanced Imperial India Pale Ale that's not for the pale yellow, flavorless light beer drinker! Served in a 16 oz. goblet.

Hops: Chinook & Amarillo

Lobo I.P.A.

Lobo I.P.A

One of our American-Style I.P.A.’s that’s “single varietal hopped” using only cascade hops for bittering, flavor, and aroma. Lobo I.P.A. is nicely balanced between malt and hops which still lets some caramel malt flavors come through.

Hops: Cascade

Howlin' Hefeweizen

Howlin' HefeweizenOur Bavarian-style Hefeweizen is brewed with 50% wheat malt and has flavors of mild banana, clove, and apricot. Howlin’ Hefeweizen is a very refreshing, unfiltered wheat ale which has won many awards. We do not serve Howlin’ Hefeweizen with a lemon as this would take away from all those great flavors which are traditional in a Bavarian-style hefeweizen.

Hops: German Hallertau

Timberwolf Bourbon Oaked Red

Timberwolf RedOne of our "west coast-style" red ales that has been aged with heavy toast American Oak soaked in Maker's Mark Kentucky Bourbon. Flavors of caramel, vanilla, and oak blend to balance the bitterness from the piney Simcoe hops. The Timberwolf was a Gold-Medal winner at the 2008 Los Angeles International Beer Competition for Wood-Aged Beers.

Hops: Simcoe & Centennial

New Belgium brewing company's (Colorado) amber ale with bready malt flavors and fairly mild bitterness that makes for a great drinkable ale. Read more

Green Flash West Coast I.P.A.

From Green Flash Brewing Co. in San Diego, this West Coast style India Pale Ale is extravagantly hopped, full flavored, medium bodied, and copper in color. Hops used include Simcoe for a unique fruitiness and grapefruit zest, Columbus for strong hop pungency, Centennial for pine and citrus notes, and Cascade for floral aroma. Read more

When we started Wolf Creek, I set out to brew the best ales possible. Brewing great beer requires vast amounts of drinking research. Don't Tread Red

An american-style red ale brewed with seven malts and seven different hop varieties that make for a big, malty, caramel-infused hopppy red ale that's full flavored, yet balanced. A big, hearty american red ale.

Hops: Columbus, Simcoe, Northern Brewer, Chinook, Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial.

Alcohol: 6.5 %

Timber Wolf Bourbon-Oaked Red Ale

Timber Wolf Bourbon-Oaked Red AleOur american-style red ale that's aged with heavy toast american oak that has been soaked in Jack Daniels and Jim Beam bourbon. Sweet bourbon flavors with a hint of vanilla and oak combines with caramel from the malt and balanced by a good amount of bitterness from the hops. Served in a 16 oz goblet.

Awards: Timber Wolf won the gold medal at the 2007 L.A. County Fair in the Wood-Aged Beer category.

Hops: Simcoe, Centennial, and Cascade.

Alcohol: 7.0%

Werewolf Harvest Ale

Werewolf Harvest AleOur american-style harvest ale that has a touch of caramel from the malt but then the hops take over. Brewed with chinook, amarillo, simcoe, and fresh "estate-grown" cascades (grown on my side yard), which gives werewolf a great citrus hop flavor.

Wild Angels Dubbel Trubbel

Wild Angels Dubbel TrubbelOur Belgian-style Abbey Dubbel ale is brewed with Belgian malt and golden brown sugar for a malty, complex ale that is lightly hopped. Flavors of fruit, caramel, brown sugar and a touch of chocolate make for a very rich tasting ale.
